Senior Web Systems Analyst

Our client is looking for a Web Systems Analyst to deploy on a variety of IT assignments. The client has numerous IT

initiatives planned for 2026 across our Power, Water and Drainage business units. These initiatives are application

focused and primarily include enhancements and configuration to existing applications or building up the background for

future projects.

Advantages

• ExBroad IT experience and general web UI best practices.

Responsibilities

o Administering SharePoint Online and SharePoint 2019 site collections, including site

creation, management, permissions configuration, and customization.

o Designing and developing SharePoint solutions including sites, lists, and libraries.

o Designing, developing, and deploying solutions using Power Apps to automate

business processes and enhance user productivity.

o Configuring and managing Power Automate workflows to automate tasks and

integrate with other Microsoft 365 products.

o Collaborating with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate

them into technical solutions within SharePoint Online and Power Platform.

o Providing support and troubleshooting for SharePoint Online and Power Platform

solutions, ensuring high availability and performance.

o Implementing governance and security best practices for SharePoint Online site

collections and Power Platform solutions.

o Documenting processes, procedures, and solution architectures for knowledge

sharing and future reference.

o May work on internal SharePoint Online Migration project

o Positive Customer Service Experience

Qualifications

Engineering / System Technology diploma.
