Warehouse Associate/Rebar Fabricator

The ideal candidate will have over a year experience in construction or trades and be a self-starter who is comfortable working with minimal training and supervision.

Responsibilities

• Operate a bender to fabricate reinforcing steel to required dimensions
• Operate a shearing machine to cut reinforcing steel bars to specific lengths.
• Operate an overhead crane to move, assemble, and select material to be fabricated or shipped.
• Unload trailers and store materials in storage bins.
• Assemble and load orders onto trailers for shipping.
• Adhere to safety measurements
• Assist other employees in any of the above tasks.

Qualifications

• Overtime hours may be required to meet operational demands.
• Must have a form of reliable transportation.
• Experience with power tools is an asset
• Basic math skills
• High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred)
