Our client is looking for a Marketing Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has experience promoting a brand, and is ready to lead new product launches across multiple channels. In this role, you will : - Drive all marketing and communications programs for multiple brands- Develop annual marketing plans and analyze KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness- Lead new product launches, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams- Manage digital transformation initiatives, including CRM, marketing automation, online presence, and e-business activities- Create content for newsletters, e-catalogs, product bulletins, print media, and video for training and marketing purposes - Plan and execute special events and industry trade shows- Coordinate with distributors, dealers, and channel partners to implement targeted marketing strategies- Develop and maintain marketing databases, digital resources, and social media contentWe're looking for someone who has : - Experience in promoting a brand in various commercial, industrial and institutional vertical markets - 7+ years of marketing and communications experience, including product and channel marketing- Hands-on experience with marketing tools, CRM, and digital strategy- University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Advertising, or Economics or similar - Strong project management, analytical, organizational, and communication skills- Ability to work daily on-site to support new product launches- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for trade shows and factory visitsPlease send your resume in Word format to Jill Kalakay at jillk@quantum.ca.REFER A PERM HIRE AND EARN UP TO $1,000!
