Reporting to the Regional Vice President – Agriculture, your primary goal is to deliver personalized advice to agriculture members. As an AG Relationship Manager, you'll manage a portfolio of AG loans and deposits and be accountable for sales, service and growth of that portfolio. Using your agriculture banking experience, you will cultivate strong working relationships with potential and existing members, the retail branch network, local business owners, and members of the professional community.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Developing and maintaining effective sales and marketing efforts to maximize AG Loan growth, deposit growth and sales of peripheral products to help our members succeed in business
• Proactively building relationships with existing and future members
• Staying up to date on lending and deposit services, products, policies, and legislation
• Maximizing our existing portfolio including loan and deposit growth
• Developing and submitting renewal applications
• Recommending rates within discretionary limits and approving loans within lending authority
• Evaluating requests on the basis of policy, risk, and profitability
