ABOUT THE POSITION
We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on Engineering Manager to lead and nurture our engineering team. This position is ideal for an experienced leader capable of guiding engineers across various disciplines, enhancing our project delivery processes, and advancing new technologies and products. You will manage engineering activities in design, testing, manufacturing support, and field execution while scaling our R&D and product development initiatives, focusing on innovations in water reuse, treatment efficiency, and commercial reverse osmosis systems.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Team Leadership : Inspire and mentor a talented team of engineers, cultivating a collaborative and high-performance work culture.
- Project Management : Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of engineering projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget constraints.
- Technical Expertise : Provide in-depth technical guidance in water management, treatment, and distribution systems.
- Innovation : Lead the development of sustainable engineering solutions that address both current and future challenges in water management.
- Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, operations, and business development, to ensure effective project execution.
- Regulatory Compliance : Keep updated on industry regulations and standards to ensure all engineering projects meet applicable guidelines.
- Budget Management : Optimize resource allocation and manage the engineering budget for maximum efficiency.
- Quality Assurance : Implement and uphold quality assurance processes to guarantee the delivery of superior engineering solutions.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Civil, Environmental, or related field).Proven leadership and team management experience.Strong project management skills with a successful track record of project delivery.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Proficient in interpreting technical documents, including drawings, specifications, and procedure manuals.ASSETS (Not Required)
