Requirements : Montreal-based – mandatory (there is a need to work from client site 4 days a week)

French proficiency – preferred but not mandatory.

Project Scope : AIX to AWS migration; scope will include discovery, planning, refactoring and testing, within 12 week period; with possibility of extension.

Skills required :

• WebSphere / Tomcat / Apache migration
• Refactoring for cloud-native / containerization
• Hands‑on expertise with SpringBoot
• Hands‑on expertise with Open Liberty (Admin+deploying)
• Automated testing (JUnit, integration)
• Must have proven experience working with AWS
• Should be self‑sufficient, proactive, and able to take ownership of tasks
• “Startup mindset” : strong commitment to success, adaptability, and urgency.
• Be upfront : raise issues immediately and never wait for someone else to fix them

Start date : mid January (12th or 19th)
