🎯 Your Missions
The client undergoing a multi-year modernization initiative to enhance the delivery and management of multiple programs across the province. The work includes the continued development of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 HOME system, integration with the ERP platform, decommissioning of legacy applications and enhancement of the client's digital services to improve accessibility. This initiative also encompasses refinement of business processes, improvement of data management strategies, and strengthened stakeholder engagement to ensure a seamless transition to a modernized system.
Duties / Responsibilities
The analyst will be responsible for gathering and documenting business and solution requirements, defining and analyzing business processes, coordinating data migration and integration efforts, developing test plans and quality assurance strategies, and supporting reporting and business intelligence initiatives for the client platform and related digital services.
📝 Your Profile
- Looking for a candidate with : advanced experience in business analysis, process design, and solution delivery within enterprise technology environments.
- Must be able to visit office for onboarding in Alberta and be able to work in Canada
- Diploma or Degree in a Business and / or Information Technology-related field
- ITIL Certification required
- Must have successfully implemented 3 Microsoft Dynamics 365 systems with customer engagement OR Microsoft Dynamics 35 Certificate OR 2 Years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 customer engagement solution
- 10 years minimum gathering documents and analyzing business, stakeholder, and solution requirements for enterprise technology solutions
- 5 year minimum supporting financial- related processes within enterprise technology systems, including activities such as invoice processing, contract management, disbursement, journal entries, or integration with financial / ERP platform
- 5 year minimum conducting and leading UAT
- 5 year minimum developing and coordinating reporting solutions, dashboards or business intelligence reports using tools like Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Power BI, or SQL based reporting platforms
- 10 year minimum experience documenting technical application support procedures, operational process or user support document for business systems.
