JOB OVERVIEW
Reporting to the Director, Isotope Operation & Planning execute the operational plan and services in accordance with Laurentis programs, policies and procedures in response to client requests. Meet established safety, quality and business planning targets, with due regard to client policies and procedures.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Working in accordance with prescribed safety procedures and regulations :
- Act as a senior representative for on-site to resolve issues related to Laurentis’ irradiation services and isotope production.
- Lead and integrate isotope production execution activities with other Laurentis managers and departments.
- Develop and lead isotope irradiation campaign execution plans in response to requests for services from the client.
- Identify business improvements initiatives to support isotope operations
- Provide input to long-term strategic activities for the irradiation services and isotope production program.
- Identify risks to the service and production operations and facilitate mitigation strategies or escalate to the appropriate levels of the organization for resolution.
- Develop mitigating strategies and recovery plans to ensure isotope production timelines are met.
- Monitor and manage all work executed by the Laurentis Isotopes organization to ensure safety, quality and business targets are met as committed to the client.
- Plan and execute Laurentis activities consistent with the agreed proposal / contracts / campaign execution plan and any general Service Level Agreement (SLA) between the client, the service provider and Laurentis.
- Provide regular progress reports on safety, quality and business targets to both senior leadership and clients.
- Review and provide input into the long-term isotope production plan and life-cycle management plan.
- Administer and control assigned budgets to achieve required outputs.

QUALIFICATIONS
We are seeking dynamic and results-driven professionals who have the following :
Minimum 8-10 years of progressive experience in corporate / nuclear operations.
Experience implementing strategic objectives and conducting solutions for large industrial applicationsStrong strategic and facilitative leadership skills with a minimum of 3-5 years of management experience coaching, managing and developing a high-performing team is required.Experience presenting to executive leadership team(s).Experience in advising key operational inputs for large-scale partnership agreements and client contracts.Demonstrated strong financial aptitude.Experience collaborating on deals with finance and legal.Experience in nuclear operations as an oversight manager.Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment while effectively managing and adapting to multiple changing priorities.Licenced operations (Shift Manager / Control Room Shift Supervisor) is preferred.The successful candidate will exhibit uncompromising integrity and commitment to upholding corporate values and the Laurentis Code of Business Conduct.Why Is this a great Company to work for?
