Agile Coach

As an Agile coach, you’ll develop and implement activities that enable team members to develop their skills and improve development processes.

Your role as a team coach will be to share your expertise and observations with all team members, ensure that best practices are applied, and maintain cohesion around the overall objective of projects involving multiple teams.

Your day-to-day

• Act as a coach and mentor to development teams and the management team
• Support Scrum Masters to help them master their role
• Assist teams in applying Agile methodology to projects
• Act as a facilitator by helping to foster communication between the various stakeholders in a project or organization
• Stay at the cutting edge of Agile development practices and promote their use

Keys to your success

• Minimum 7 years of experience as a Scrum Master
• Scrum certification or other relevant certifications
• Perfect command of Agile processes, including Scrum, Kanban and Scrumban, and application in concrete experiences
• Significant proven experience in implementing the Agile method
• Knowledge of Atlassian suite tools (Confluence, Jira, Advanced Roadmaps)
• Ability to evolve in highly strategic projects
• Ability to work with different teams (multi-project)
• Presentation, communication and negotiation skills
• Eagerness to learn and continuously improve

Language Skills

• French: Proficient
• English: Advanced

Please note that due to the nature of the responsibilities of the position, an advanced level of English is required, in particular to communicate on a regular basis with employees and managers outside of Quebec.
