Job Title : IT Operational Consultant

Location : Winnipeg, MB

Duration : 2+ Years (with the option to extend for two additional 6 months each.)

Working Hours : 36.25 / Per week

Nature of Work : 25 – 50% of Time in Office (333 and 363 Broadway Street, Winnipeg, MB)

Job Description : We are looking for an experienced IT Operational Consultant to support and enhance our IT operations. The ideal candidate will provide expert advice on improving system performance, optimizing processes, and aligning IT services with business objectives. This role requires strong analytical skills, experience with IT service management frameworks, and effective communication.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in ITOM (IT Operations Management).
• Proficiency in ITIL and ITSM tools.
• Strong project management skills : certifications like PMP or PRINCE2 are desirable.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and cybersecurity best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
