What will your typical day look like?

As a Senior Consultant in Deloitte's Technology Strategy & Transformation (TS&T) practice, you will be an integral leader within a dynamic team of professionals who are passionate about technology and business transformation. Each day brings diverse opportunities to make an impact, both for our clients and within our practice.

You will play a key role in leading collaborative engagement teams, working closely with clients to understand their unique challenges, business objectives, and technology environments. You will conduct in-depth analyses of client data, systems, and processes to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation. Facilitating strategic discussions with client stakeholders and Deloitte leadership, you will translate complex business requirements into actionable technology strategies. By leveraging your knowledge of emerging technology trends such as cloud adoption, digital transformation, and advanced analytics, you will help clients navigate change and stay ahead in a rapidly evolving landscape. Your leadership will ensure our solutions are practical, data driven, and aligned with industry best practices.

As a Senior Consultant, you will guide team members in developing high-quality deliverables, such as executive presentations and detailed reports, ensuring our recommendations are data driven, practical, and aligned with industry best practices. You will leverage leading research, analytics, and your own expertise to provide insights that drive meaningful transformation for our clients.

Beyond client delivery, you will actively contribute to practice development initiatives, mentor junior colleagues, shape our culture, and support business development efforts. You will have the opportunity to specialize in areas of interest, deepen your industry knowledge, and continuously expand your technical and leadership capabilities.

The TS&T practice works closely with CxOs at the intersection of business and technology to articulate and solve key business problems, leveraging technology. The focus is to maximize business value from IT investments, drive organizational performance, and help our clients become more agile and productive.

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in consulting, business analysis, or technology strategy, or 5 or more years of relevant experience in technology management, strategy, or business analysis, with a strong understanding of business and IT alignment.
  • Bachelor's orMaster's (preferred) degree in Business,Business Technology Management,Information Systems, Engineering,Computer Science, Mathematics,or a related field, withdemonstratedability to bridge business and technology domains.
  • Strong executive and board-level communication and analysis skills.
  • Passionate about modern technology and their applications in the business world
  • An analyticaland problem-solving mindset, with the ability to break down complex problems, conduct root cause analysis, and develop actionable recommendations.
  • Comfortable working in ambiguous environments, with the ability to interpret business needs and translate them into clear requirements and solutions.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, work collaboratively in team settings, and deliver high-quality outputs under tight timelines.
  • Strong presentation and storytelling skills, with the ability to synthesize data and insights into compelling narratives for business audiences.
  • Proficiencyin PowerPoint and Excel, including experience building dashboards, business cases, and executive-levelreports.
  • ProficiencyinutilizingAI tools (e.g., generative AI, automation platforms, data analysis tools) to enhance productivityandinsightsdevelopment isconsidered a strong asset.
  • Continuous learner mindset, with a passion for upskilling in digital tools, methodologies, and industry trends.
  • Ability to elicit, document, andvalidatebusiness and functional requirements, and collaborate with technical teams to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall), including the ability to plan, track, and report on project progress, risks, and deliverables.
  • Understanding of financial concepts relevant to technology investments, such as budgeting, cost-benefit analysis, ROI calculation, and business case development.
  • Ability to design and facilitate workshops, brainstorming sessions, and design thinking exercises to drive innovation and stakeholder alignment.
  • Ability to think strategically about technology's role in business transformation and contribute to the development of long-term technology roadmaps.
  • Familiarity with IT service domains, such as cloud computing, infrastructure, enterprise applications, and digital workplace technologies.
  • Knowledge of how a Technology (or IT) function operates, engages with the business, IT portfolio management lifecycle (e.g., SDLC), latest operating model trends (i.e., product and platform models, scaled agile)
  • Ability to obtain and maintain federal-level security clearance, demonstrating reliability and trustworthiness for sensitive government or public sector projects.

    The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $138,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
