Position : Cladding Project Manager

Location : British Columbia

Experience Required : 5+ years in cladding project management, with expertise in cladding and sheet metal systems installation

Job Overview :

The Cladding Project Manager will oversee the end-to-end management of commercial cladding projects, ensuring successful execution from pre-construction through completion. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise in cladding systems, and the ability to coordinate across multiple teams to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, solution-oriented, and capable of handling complex project dynamics in a fast-paced construction environment.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead all aspects of cladding projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource management.
  • Oversee site teams, including site supervisors and installers, ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety protocols, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate closely with production, engineering, and procurement teams to ensure accurate, timely material orders and deliveries.
  • Monitor project progress through regular site visits and adjust schedules or resources as needed to meet project milestones.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing project updates, changes, and any issues that arise during construction.

Qualifications :

  • 5+ years of experience in project management within the commercial cladding sector, including experience with sheet metal and cladding systems.
  • Comprehensive understanding of construction processes, project planning, and budgeting.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of managing and motivating site teams.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
  • Proficiency in project management software and a solid understanding of safety regulations and best practices.
