Job Description : About the Role :

As a Maintenance Manager, you will be a key player in providing leadership and strategic direction for the production maintenance group, at the Brantford, Ontario, plant, a manufacturer of quality griddle products. This role will provide maintenance leadership to deliver a world-class operation. Lead, motivate, and develop employees to achieve outstanding manufacturing results, while leveraging Continuous Improvement (TPM) tools, improving individual skills, and enhancing teamwork.
