Responsibilities

The 3PL Dispatcher is responsible for coordinating and managing the movement of goods for the accounts assigned to them :

  • Assign loads to carriers, optimizing routes and ensuring cost-efficiency
  • Negotiate rates and terms with carriers as needed
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with carrier partners to ensure reliable service
  • Proactively address delays, route deviations, or other disruptions in transit
  • Keep clients informed with regular updates on shipment status
  • Maintain strong relationships with account assigned
  • Qualifications

  • Proven experience in dispatching or logistics coordination
  • Familiarity with 3PL operations or brokerage
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer-focused approach with a commitment to service excellence
