Responsibilities:

• Participate in a comprehensive training program designed to develop leadership and management skills.
• Gain exposure to various departments within the organization, including operations, sales, and customer service.
• Build strong relationships with different leaders and departments.
• Assist with day-to-day tasks, projects, and process improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve business goals.
• Explore opportunities to grow into different leadership and management roles.
• Learn about the fire protection industry and gain hands-on experience in decision-making, problem-solving, and strategic planning.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is an asset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Preference for candidates with experience in the Fire/Life Safety Industry.
• CFAA certification is advantageous.
• Open to new graduates from the fire protection industry.
• Demonstrated willingness to learn, ambition, and self-motivation.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for leadership and career growth.
