Responsibilities :
Answering phone calls and responding to customer and Driver inquiries in a timely
manner with the highest degree of courtesy and accuracy
Facilitating the flow of information within the Customer Service Centre
Completing Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Payroll tasks
Entering data from timesheets on a daily basis; performing daily audits and entering
corrections; transmitting payroll
Entering information into various computer systems / applications
Generating payroll and billing reports as needed
Encouraging compliance with company policies and procedures
Maintaining accurate, organized, and up to date filing systems for all administrative
records
Maintaining security of all files and records
Scheduling and invoicing field trips and charters
Performing general office duties including
writing letters, generating reports, drafting
pay-memos, copying, filing, faxing, etc.
Qualifications
High school Diploma or equivalent required; completion of college level Accounting
courses preferred
Fluent in French and English
1 to 3 years of experience with computerized payroll and billing systems; experience
with Oracle preferred
Excellent computer skills with strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word,
Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Demonstrated ten-key and data entry skills
Ability to maintain accuracy and speed in data entry
Strong working knowledge of basic office equipment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills along with demonstrated diplomacy skills
Strong clerical skills
Careful attention to detail
