Job descriptionRecent graduate or final-year student in Business, Commerce, Management, Economics, or related field. Strong interest in customer service, operations, and data analytics. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to explain ideas clearly. Comfort with data — proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables), with bonus points for experience in Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio. Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving ability. Curious, proactive, and eager to learn new tools and methods. Ability to balance customer-facing tasks with analytical / project work. Experience in a customer service, call center, or client-facing role (internships count). Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, or process improvement methodologies. Basic knowledge of SQL or other data analysis tools. Bilingual (French and English) Hands-on experience in customer operations and business improvement. WHO DO WE SEEK?
Our client in the aerospace industry is seeking a motivated recent graduate or business student eager to build their career at the intersection of customer service, business operations, and data-driven decision-making. This role combines direct customer interaction with opportunities to contribute to process improvement initiatives and data analysis that enhance efficiency and overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities :
- Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
- Identify recurring customer issues and escalate insights for process improvement.
- Collect, organize, and analyze data related to customer interactions and operational performance.
- Support business teams with reporting, dashboards, and data interpretation.
- Contribute to process mapping, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, sales, IT, etc.) to support service enhancements.
- Participate in projects that improve efficiency, reduce costs, or increase customer satisfaction.
