Form Setter / Concrete Carpenter Year-Round Work (Winter Projects Available)

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Form Setter / Concrete Form Carpenter to join our team. This position offers steady, year-round employment, beginning with winter construction projects and continuing seamlessly into the regular construction season. Candidates who are dependable, skilled, and looking for long-term work are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Set, align, and secure concrete forms for foundations, walls, slabs, footings, and other concrete structures
  
• Measure, cut, assemble, and dismantle wood, metal, or engineered form systems
• Install rebar, anchors, embeds, and other components as required
• Ensure forms are level, plumb, and properly braced for concrete placement
• Work safely in winter conditions as well as standard construction environments
• Maintain a clean and safe jobsite at all times
• Collaborate with crew members, foremen, and supervisors to meet project schedules

Work Schedule & Seasonality

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a form setter or concrete carpenter preferred
• Strong understanding of formwork systems and concrete placement practices
  
• Physically capable of lifting heavy materials and working outdoors in all seasons
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Reliable transportation to get to and from site (not always bus accessible)
