Roles And Responsibilities

• Develop and follow age‑appropriate lesson plans that encourage physical, emotional, and intellectual growth.
• Monitor toddlers’ developmental milestones and maintain detailed records of their progress.
• Facilitate a structured daily routine that includes playtime, learning activities, and rest periods.
• Always ensure the safety of toddlers by adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and hygienic classroom environment to prevent the spread of germs and illnesses.
• Collaborate with parents to keep them informed about their child’s development and any concerns.
• Work closely with other staff members to ensure a cohesive and cooperative working environment.
• Create and utilize educational materials to stimulate toddlers’ senses and promote learning.
• Organize activities that encourage toddlers to explore their surroundings and develop their motor skills.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and knowledge in early childhood education.
• Stay abreast of the latest developments in toddler education and care.
