We are seeking a Junior Account Representative to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a client-facing environment, has excellent organizational skills, and is eager to learn the nuances of account management. You will act as a key liaison between clients and our internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and project delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and nurture relationships with assigned client accounts.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and requests.
  • Assist in the development of marketing strategies and campaigns tailored to client goals.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services.
  • Prepare and present reports, including campaign performance metrics and progress updates.
  • Address client concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Support senior account managers in managing larger projects.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Previous experience in client-facing roles (internships or entry-level) is a plus.
