- Actively prospect and develop long-term customer relationships in Quebec.
- Maintain up-to-date awareness of industry trends and competitors.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations
- Estimate projects using the company price guideline
- Communicate and coordinate with the District and corporate team to ensure customer’s needs are met.
Qualifications :
Business or Engineering college or university degree preferred.4-5 years of construction and sales experienceAbility to read blueprintsIntegrity, good problem-solving skills, good interpersonal skillsAbility to create and build positive customer relationshipsNegotiation skillsSelf-motivated, self-starter, creative thinker, and a good listenerCommunicate effectively to individuals and groupsExercise good judgment and maintain confidentialityTravel is required, approx. 40 – 50%Must be able to speak fluently in French.
