Opportunity

This position is based at the Wetaskiwin Community Health Centre serving children and their families aged 0‑18 years. Service is delivered in clinic, virtually, community, and home as needed. You will be part of an onsite inter‑disciplinary team with Therapy Assistant support and receive mentorship and continuing education.

Description

As a Speech‑Language Pathologist, you will :

• Provide clinical professional practice independently and collaboratively with a team that may include external partners.
• Deliver prevention, health promotion, identification, assessment, intervention, and case management.
• Plan, coordinate, and deliver rehabilitation services with patients / clients, families, healthcare professionals, and other partners.
• Supervise students and provide clinical guidance to staff as appropriate.
• Use clinical expertise to inform ongoing quality improvement, service integration, and program development.
