Target Compensation : From $35 per hour to $45 per hour, according to experience.
Regular Work Hours : FULL TIME HOURS : 7.25 hours per day not including 1 hour unpaid lunch break, to be worked during regular business hours, Monday to Friday (36.25 work hours per week).
Work Location : 100% onsite at client's North York office, accessible by bus and with free parking available.
Position Reports To : Manager, Human Resources.
Responsibilities Summary :
To coordinate and provide guidance on full range of recruitment functions, ensuring fair and competitive hiring practices.
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes, including consultation with internal clients, developing job descriptions, structuring hiring competitions, sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates, completing due diligence, extending offers, and managing onboarding.
- Ensure all recruitment processes in compliance with applicable federal and provincial legislation, and established human resources policies, practices, procedures and processes.
- Contribute to review and completion of hiring competition processes supporting organizational structure.
- Maintain confidential corporate personnel records.
- Additional corporate recruitment responsibilities as required.
Qualifications :
Education : Post Secondary Degree or Diploma in HR Administration, Business Administration, or equivalent discipline.
Professional Credentials : CHRP or equivalent designation completed or in view.
Preferred Work Experience : At least 3+ years of demonstrated experience in high volume, full cycle recruitment environment, handling multiple requisitions for a diverse portfolio of roles.
Preferred Sector Experience : Previous staffing agency experience a strong asset.
Technical and Language Skills Requirements :
Strong proficiency with MSOffice Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook (may be tested).Strong data processing and attention to detail (may be tested).Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, including advanced level business writing skills and polished, professional telephone manners.Task -Based Qualifications and Additional Attributes :
