The intent of this process is to fill current and future vacancies with various employment tenures.

In order to be considered, your application must clearly explain how you meet the following (essential qualifications)

EDUCATION

High school diploma from a province or Canadian territory or the equivalence recognized by Ministry of Education and Education Quebec with a certificate of qualification in one of the construction-related areas issued by Quebec employment. Electricity, carpentry, masonry, plumbing, plumbing, plumbing / heating, drinking water / water treatment, electronic safety systems, welding, refrigeration of the section's application area.

QL6A or DP3A ( Officer Developmental Period 3A) qualification (Rank of Sergeant) from the construction military engineer trade.

Possession of a valid applicable provincial or interprovincial Journeyperson Certificate valid as an insulator OR carpenter-joiner OR electrician OR electrician and linemen OR electrician and electrician specializing in security systems installation OR refrigeration technician with halocarbon environmental qualification OR fixed machinery mechanic with the mention environmental qualification : Halocarbons OR pipe fitter, in the scope of the section.

EXPERIENCE

EX1. Relevant

  • experience in repair, maintenance, inspection OR installation of systems and

equipment related to their specific specialization

EX2. Relevant

  • experience in the supervision of personnel
  • Relevant refers to the depth and breadth of experience associated with the performance of a broad range of related activities that were the candidate’s primary work responsibilities. It will be assessed on the basis of the scope, complexity and the diversity of the work performed

    AEX4. Complementary work experience related to the Electrician specialization (including linemen and those who specialize in the installation of security systems)

    AEX5. Complementary work experience related to the specialization of fixed machinery mechanic.

    AEX6. Additional work experience related to the specialization of refrigeration technicien with the mention environmental qualification : Halocarbons.
