Overnight Kitchen Cleaner

Working the overnight shift (10 : 30 pm 7 am approximately)

Starting Rate : $20.58 per hour.

We recognize tenure through our compensation. Hourly rates increase after six months and yearly to three years. At three years the pay rate for this role would be $24.30 per hour.

Job Duties Include :

Reporting to the Chief Steward responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following :

• Working the overnight shift (10 : 30 pm 7 am approximately)
• Deep clean the kitchen after hours to ensure the highest level of hygiene and sanitation is met.
• Clean and maintain all kitchen floors ovens stovetops walls and ceiling tiles.
• Polish and buff all Stainless steel.
• Communicate any areas in need of repair via a work order.
• Enforce a safe work environment for all colleagues and guests by upholding the Safety rules provided by The Fairmont Banff Springs and the Stewarding Department.
• Foster an environment of cooperation within the department and between other departments within the hotel encouraging participation and input from all colleagues while promoting professional work habits that will ensure that the department is being guided at all times by Fairmonts Mission Vision and Values
• Other duties as assigned
