5 hours per week - Competitive salary to be discussed, depending on experience, from $60,000 to $68,000 per year - 3 weeks of vacation - Comprehensive insurance after 6 months - 2 sick days and 3 personal days - RRSP with employer contribution after 6 months (maximum contribution of 3%) - Excellent work environment - Stable and well-established company Your Main Responsibilities : - Process payroll for fewer than 100 non-unionized employees - Issue Records of Employment - Produce year-end T4 and R1 forms - Make salary adjustments in the system - Perform invoicing - Generate reports - Perform bank and account reconciliations - Collaborate with operations for project follow-ups Required Skills : - Studies in accounting - Proficiency in MS Office, mainly Excel - Proficiency in Acomba and Employer D is a strong asset - At least 3 years of experience in accounting and payroll - Proficiency in the complete payroll cycle If you are motivated and interested in this position, do not hesitate to apply now!
