Receptionist - 4+ Week Contract

About the Opportunity

We are seeking a professional and reliable Receptionist to manage incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate office or department. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a courteous phone manner, and the ability to handle calls efficiently and accurately.

• Answer incoming phone calls in a professional and friendly manner

Transfer calls promptly to the appropriate office or team member

Take and relay messages accurately when necessary

Maintain a polite and helpful tone at all times

Ensure all calls are handled efficiently and with minimal delay

About You :

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous receptionist or customer service experience is an asset

Excellent verbal communication skills

Strong attention to detail

Ability to multitask and manage high call volumes

Basic knowledge of office phone systems

Pay Range : $24 - $25 per hour
