Job Title: MS Office Instructor
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver engaging lessons covering Microsoft Office applications
- Prepare instructional materials, exercises, and assessments
- Provide hands-on training and real-world application examples
- Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance
- Support student success through tutoring and guidance
- Stay current with MS Office updates and instructional best practices
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Previous teaching or training experience preferred
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Ability to work with a diverse student population
- Certification in Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) is an asset
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field
Work Schedule:
- Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday from 5:00 pm- 9:00 pm MST
- Saturday and Sunday (09:00 am to 1:00 pm MST)
