In this Manager of Software Engineering position, you’ll be leading a group of 10-12 software professionals. You will be focused on delivering a complex software product that is used around the world in the medical industry.

Your job will be to provide motivation and encouragement for this group of developers. You’ll be there to support them, and to guide them in their careers. As you can imagine, this is a very fulfilling position, and it is a chance for you to give back from all the experience and wisdom that you’ve gained over your years in the dev industry.

This organization Ontario and and other global locations. This position will be fully remote and you’ll work from your home office wherever you are in Canada.

This is a full-time position that includes a competitive base salary, bonus program, RSP matching, extended health and dental benefits, and paid vacation.

[-] You have five or more years of leadership experience

[-] You have experience with Java-based application development

[-] Experience in the health care industry would be an asset
