Our client is a leading Food / CPG Manufacturer in Windsor Ontario.

With expansion and growth into the USA and across Canada, their Operations team is growing and seeking an experienced Warehouse / Logistics Supervisor to help lead efficient, safe, and organized operations in our warehouse and logistics network.

The Opportunity

The Warehouse and Logistics Supervisor is responsible for daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and coordination with third-party warehouses. This role ensures smooth logistics processes while promoting team leadership and continuous improvement.

Key Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Oversee daily shipping, receiving, and storage of goods
• Coordinate inventory transfers with third-party warehouses
• Monitor railcar and container shipments and resolve transport issues
• Ensure inventory accuracy, product traceability, and warehouse organization
• Lead and support warehouse staff; foster a safe and productive environment
• Communicate across supply chain and production teams to align priorities
• Drive efficiency through process improvements and strong operational planning
• Maintain cleanliness and compliance with food safety standards
• Manage pallets, storage trailers, and fumigation program
• Provide backup for logistics and shipping roles when needed
