The Sustainability team

The Sustainability team is responsible for governance, strategy and disclosures related to sustainability. The sustainability team is required to work cross-functionally with all departments in order to integrate sustainability into the social, corporate and operational fabric of the company.

What are your contributions to the team?

• Support the team in the creation of the sustainability report, climate-related disclosures and all other external communications related to the company's sustainable development.
• Manage and ensure the quality of data collection using the data collection tool.
• Guide the company through the new mandatory sustainability and climate-related disclosure regulations in all jurisdictions where Bombardier operates.
• Work with the various departments in order to achieve the corporate objectives related to the sustainability plan.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research and analysis to support sustainability strategies and objectives.
• Support the team and the Vice-President, HRIS and sustainability in the various governances.

How to thrive in this role?

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in sustainable development, social economic development, environment or a related field.
• 5 years of relevant experience in sustainability or related role.
• Excellent command of French and English, both oral and written.
• Knowledge of sustainability and climate disclosure standards.
• Project management skills.
• Proficiency in quantitative analysis using technological tools.
• Superior communication skills and ability to collaborate with different teams in a large company on a variety of topics.
