Title : Software Engineer

Location : Markham, ON

Duration : 06 Months

Introduction

We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to work on innovative projects and contribute to the development and maintenance of our digital platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java Rest web services and Enterprise Application Integration.

Required Skills & Qualifications

8-10 years of experience in software engineering
Proficiency in Java Rest web services
Experience with Enterprise Application Integration

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

Experience in technical governance and quality assurance

Knowledge of digital platform strategies and service fundamentals

Familiarity with performance monitoring and disaster recovery planning

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Perform analysis, development, and maintenance of digital platforms

Ensure compliance with standards and governance

Drive continuous improvement through technical and process innovation

Provide expert advice and knowledge sharing in areas of expertise

Develop technical specifications and implement changes

Manage performance and availability of systems

Identify and implement service improvements

Engage in stakeholder management and risk management
