Job Description

Our client, a growing leader in the manufacturing sector, is seeking a Recruiter to support high-volume hiring at their Mississauga facility.

This role focuses on recruiting both skilled and entry-level hourly talent across production, assembly, and warehouse functions.Location: Mississauga, ON - Fully onsite 5 days
Employment Type: Full-time Contract (until end of year)Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for hourly roles such as assemblers, machine operators, material handlers, and maintenance techs

• Collaborate with plant leadership and HR to prioritize hiring needs

• Source candidates via job boards, referral programs, text recruiting tools, and local outreach

• Build pipelines through partnerships with trade schools and employment centers

• Support and coordinate onsite job fairs, hiring events, and same-day interview/offer initiatives

• Screen applicants for basic qualifications and maintain accurate records in the ATS

• Assist with onboarding logistics and provide general recruiting administrative support

What You Bring:

• 1–3 years’ experience in recruiting, staffing, or HR support—ideally in a manufacturing or high-volume setting

• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills

• Familiarity with job boards, ATS tools, and mobile recruiting platforms

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, shift-based environment
