Nanny Wanted - Part Time + / Split Shift Child Care Provider Needed In Winnipeg For Busy Family

Overview : Nice to meet you! We are Nora-Beth and Joey. We are hoping to hire a nanny in Winnipeg, Manitoba. We are aiming to find a caring employee to help with our toddler girl Aislyn. We have hectic, sometimes unpredictable schedules - we are both resident physicians here in Winnipeg.Details : Our current needs are somewhat stable, however we do occasionally have added needs : Aislyn attends daycare during the day - the position involves dropping off / picking her up from daycare, with occasional weekends / evenings depending on your availability. If she is sick and cannot go to daycare (e.g. : fever), we would require you to stay with her for the day (or at least stay with her until one of us can leave our jobs).A personal vehicle is a necessity.We have two options for work, with the former being the preferred format, however, we would be willing to do the latter as well : Option 1 (preferred) : This would involve both drop off in the morning and pickup in the afternoon. We would typically expect you to arrive between 6-630am and then drive Aislyn to daycare between 730-830am. In the afternoon, you would pick her up between 4-430pm and then spend some time at home with her until either of us arrive (usually by 530pm). On average, you would be working about 4 hours per day plus driving time - this can also be flexible. We may also offer optional shifts depending on our call schedules. All in all, we want this to be a collaborative endeavor. Light cleaning would also be part of the position (eg putting dishes away and the like).Option 2 : We understand split shifts are not ideal - we would be willing to trial only pick up. This would involve picking Aislyn from daycare between 4-430pm and then spending some time at home with her until one of us arrives from work. This would typically consist of 1 - 2 hours per day. We may also ask for occasional small errands as well in order to add more hours as necessary (e.g. : cleaning, cooking, groceries, etc) - this would be in discussion with your availability and level of comfort providing those extra services.Additional information : Regarding pay / remuneration, we are flexible - this could either be per hour, or with a graded remuneration scheme to ensure consistency with pay. In the end our goal is to provide a degree of financial security and in return we hope to get scheduling security.The ideal candidate would have previous experience, however this is not necessary to work with us.
