Job descriptionLead, train, and motivate the production teams to ensure optimal performance. Promote a collaborative and innovative working environment. Conduct performance evaluations and identify training needs. Identifyand implement continuous improvement initiatives. Apply Lean methods to reduce waste and enhance efficiency. Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs). Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations. Implement safety protocols and train employees. Maintain compliance with environmental standards and internal procedures. Oversee the operational budget and production-related expenditures. Develop cost reduction strategies without compromising quality. Collaborate with financial teams to establish forecasts and reports. University degree in industrial management, engineering, food technology, or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in an operations management role, preferably in the food sector. In-depth knowledge of production processes and dairy industry standards. Strong project management and problem-solving skills. Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Proficiency in computer tools, including production management software. Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is a plus.
