Responsibilities

• As an Assistant Store Manager, you will support in creating a team environment that fosters inclusivity and positive connections.
• You will strive to achieve store success by directing and leading the team to achieve store objectives, which include sales and profit goals, recruiting, performance management, training, and development.
• Your ability to adapt to various situations, environment, challenges, job duties and work schedules will be crucial to your success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of leadership or supervisory experience in a customer-focused environment
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive strong sales performance
• High school diploma or GED required; post-secondary education is considered an asset
• Strong multitasking skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting while delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends

Salary: $46,000 - $55,000 (rate may be greater based on relevant experience)
