Team Leader - Training

About this role

Were seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Leader to support and develop a team of Trainers responsible for delivering highquality learning programs across multiple Operational this role you will ensure the training team is engaged aligned with business priorities and equipped to deliver the knowledge and skills learners need to succeed.

The ideal candidate brings strong leadership and performancemanagement experience an understanding of adult learning principles training facilitation best practices and measurement of their effectiveness. You will provide clear direction on workload and priorities while fostering a collaborative highperforming culture within the team and with key stakeholders.

Position Summary

Reporting to the Manager Client Solutions the Team Leader of Training plays a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of training programs improving posttraining performance outcomes and enhancing stakeholder satisfaction. You will lead a team of Trainers who support multiple Operational partners ensuring consistency quality and alignment with organizational goals.

Operational fluency

You are familiar with Operations workflows SLAs KPIs quality metrics and performance goals.

You understand operational needs in order to translate into training solutions

Stakeholder Management

You partner effectively with Operations Leaders and other stakeholders

You communicate proactively about training plans risks and results.

You manage expectations around training timelines capacity and change impacts.

You are skilled at navigating competing priorities across multiple Ops teams.

Strategic Collaboration

You work closely with stakeholders to align training team objectives with business priorities.

You serve as a key liaison between trainers and stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

Education :

Bachelors degree in Business Education or related field or equivalent

Work Experience :

3-5 years of experience in training learning and development

2 years leadership experience

Other Qualifications :

Demonstrated success supporting Operations or customerfacing teams.

Certification(s) in L&D coaching project management (e.g. CPTD CTP PMP Prosci).

Exposure to digital learning tools (LMS elearning authoring tools).

Excellent communication facilitation and stakeholder management skills

Language Skills

Bilingualism (French / English) is required

Pay Range

$73465 - $82648

This position is Hybrid and open to each of our Medavie locations.

The Base Pay range may vary depending on the successful candidate or other relevant job-related factors such as knowledge skills qualifications experience and education / addition to Base Pay eligible Medavie employees may participate in various performance-based incentive programs.
