Job Description

• Deliver exceptional customer service and enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
• Drive sales in furniture, technology, and supplies.
• Set and achieve sales and margin goals with store leaders.
• Ensure operational excellence and uphold store brand standards.
• Support merchandising and signage standards, including planograms and stocking.
• Maintain Health & Safety, Asset Protection, and Privacy Policies.
• Engage with and sell to all customers, offering tailored products and services using all tools and techniques available in our selling model.
• Handle transactions using the Point of Sale (POS) system, including shipping transactions and marketing tools to convert customers.
• Calmly de-escalate and assist in complex customer situations to ensure concerns are addressed effectively or refer to a manager/supervisor.
• Maintain a clean and safe store environment by dusting, front-facing products, and ensuring demo units are clean and functional.

Qualifications

• 3 months to 1 year of prior retail experience (preferred).
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
