  • Annual Salary range : 60k to 65K
  • Work Schedule : 8am to 4 : 30pm CST
  • Hybrid work model : 2-3 days in office, the office days will vary depending on the SVP’s presence in the office.
  • Start date : As soon as possible

Responsibilities

As the selected Executive Assistant in the Winnipeg area, your Job Responsibilities will include :

  • Calendar management including organize schedules including the evaluation & reprioritization of schedules when unexpected priorities arise.
  • Independently follow-up on action items, coordinate travel arrangements and expense reports, maintain calendars, and maintain files.
  • Prepare reports, correspondences, and other presentation materials.
  • Prepare webinars and other events as required.
  • Preserve confidentiality and demonstrate sound judgment regarding sensitive matters.
  • Support the planning and organization of team events, including celebrations, activities

around holiday season, and recognizing team achievements.

  • Plan, organize and manage department activities such as department meetings, townhalls, annual planning and other events.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tasks and providing timely updates and response to all requests.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, the incumbent must be detail oriented, be adaptable and work well with complexity & ambiguity.

In addition, the individual will need to build strong relationships, work independently in a fast-paced environment, and exercise discretion while managing confidential information.

As the selected Executive Assistant in the Winnipeg area, you must have the following qualifications :

  • Experience in supporting an executive team, across geographic locations, who work closely with executive internal and external stakeholders as well as board and regulators.
  • Experience working in a complex matrixed organizational structure and an ability to quickly learn these structures.
  • Exceptional Microsoft Office Skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams)
  • Demonstrated customer service mindset.
  • Ability to build and manage trusting relationships with business partners.
  • Demonstrated strong organizational capabilities with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Post-secondary education, or a combination of education and work experience
