THE RATE OF PAY IS $21-$23 / HOUR PLUS BONUS AND BENEFITS
Summary
The function of this position is to provide customers with high quality service and identify material required to complete customer orders. The incumbent will maintain an organized office, control inventory flow, both incoming and outgoing. They will manage existing customer accounts and prospect new customers with the goal of selling Royal Building Solutions products.
Duties And Responsibilities
Process customer orders, including custom orders, and price them accuratelyProcess financial transactions according to credit proceduresAnswer telephones and process / distribute incoming emailUse the POS & JDE systems to process quotes, orders and invoicesPrepare quotes and follow up accordinglyProvide overall support and after sales service to customersOther customer / administrative / warehouse duties as requiredEducation, Experience And Qualifications
High School DiplomaKnowledge / experience in building suppliesAbility to comprehend and follow branch business proceduresAbility to work well as a team and independentlyAbility to identify and solve problems when requiredStrong computer skillsMUST HAVEimpeccable communication skills, both spoken and written.Ability to work in a fast-paced, self-directed environmentPositive attitude along with a strong desire to learn and adapt to changeExperience working at a customer service desk / counterWORK ENVIRONMENT
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate as normally based in an office. May also result in exposure to outside elements and may require usage of stairs and elevators.
