IT Business Systems Analyst

We are seeking a Remote IT Business Systems Analyst with healthcare experience to support a major healthcare technology transformation. This role focuses on transitioning multiple hospital information systems into a unified, integrated Clinical Information Solution (CIS). The successful candidate will work on both ongoing system support and project-based initiatives, including requirements gathering, gap analysis, functional design, technical assessments, and collaboration with clinical and technical teams. Candidates must have strong experience with healthcare IT systems, including application upgrades, consolidations, enhancements, or new implementations, and the ability to translate complex business needs into actionable technical specifications. Expertise in workshop facilitation, business and system analysis documentation, system integration, and report development is essential. Knowledge of local healthcare technology environments and fluency in English, with French as an asset, is highly preferred. This is a full-time, remote position with occasional after-hours or weekend work, reporting to a senior technical director, with an initial two-year term starting January 26, 2026, and potential renewal options.
