We’re looking for a Workday Analyst, Audit & Reporting to join our Talent Operations, Systems and Insights team. You will play a crucial role in transforming HR data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision‑making. This individual will extract, highlight data gaps, analyze, and visualize data from Workday and other HR systems. They will collaborate closely with People Business Partners, leadership, and other stakeholders to provide data‑driven recommendations that improve HR processes, enhance the employee experience, and support business objectives.

What you’ll be doing :

Reporting and Visualization

• Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations that effectively communicate people data insights to stakeholders.
• Extract data from Workday and other HR systems using various reporting tools and techniques.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Develop end‑to‑end solutions to reporting requirements and change requests (i.e. design, build and test reports).
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to workforce demographics, performance, compensation, turnover, and other HR metrics.
• Interpret data and use it to determine HR program effectiveness. Contribute to establish KPIs to assess new feature releases.

At Lightspeed, we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including your skill set, qualifications, experience, and market data. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. We reasonably expect the total compensation for this position to be in the range of $65,000-75,000 CAD . Lightspeed also provides a variety of employee benefits including, but not limited to, medical, dental, wellness, life and disability insurance, RRSP plan and match, paid parental leave top‑up, and paid time off. Please note that this compensation information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within Ontario and reflects the amount Lightspeed is willing to pay at the time of this posting.
