Conseiller technique en implantation / Technical Implementation Advisor

gtechna, a division of Harris Computer, is seeking a Technical Implementation Advisor responsible for technical tasks during implementation projects and to provide technical installation and implementation support services for new and existing clients. The position is remote and based in Ville Saint-Laurent, Québec, with additional remote work opportunities.

What You Will Be Doing :

• Be the primary technician for configuring our software suite to meet client requirements.
• Participate in discovery sessions with clients to define and understand technical requirements to be implemented.
• Configure our software suite using workflow and business rules to enable client business processes.
• Serve as a customer advocate and facilitate communication with other internal departments; work with cross‑functional team members including Project Managers, Developers, Quality Assurance, Technical Support Analysts, and other Implementation Specialists.
• Be adept on the functionality and capabilities of our software suite, making enhancement requests to the product development team when appropriate.
• Assist clients with end‑to‑end system testing and troubleshooting.
• Document training materials and effectively train end‑users on how to use the software in remote or classroom‑led sessions.
