Brandt is currently seeking an Integration Project Manager to join our Investments team. In this role, you will drive the integration of business units into the Brandt Group of Companies, ensuring they’re aligned, optimized and set up for long-term success.
As our Integration Project Manager, your work will help shape seamless, efficient integration by :
Collaborating with departments across Brandt to document current processes, performing in-depth analyses and creating actionable recommendations for integration planning and business optimization.
Developing and managing comprehensive project plans and timelines to keep integrations on track.
Ensuring consistent alignment of business practices across operations teams for long-term success.
Tracking the financial impacts of each integration, monitoring cost savings, and identifying additional expenses.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Project Planning & Reporting :
- Build and oversee detailed project plans, timelines, and key milestones.
- Identify and onboard project team members from across the organization.
- Provide clear, concise progress updates to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
- Process Documentation :
- Create, update, and analyze process documentation to ensure integration efficiency and alignment.
- Create (or update) training and integration plans for new processes, including transitions to operations teams.
- Gap Analysis & Risk Management
- Conduct gap analyses between Brandt’s operations and new business units, pinpointing risks and opportunities.
- Develop and implement strategies to mitigate potential project risks.

Bachelor’s degree in business, Project Management, or related field (PMP certification and / or professional accounting designation is a plus).Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders.Experience in project management, ideally in business integration, ERP implementations, or optimization initiatives.Availability for international travel (Australia and New Zealand), including necessary visa arrangements.Proficiency in the Microsoft Suite (Excel, Visio, PowerBI) and experience with project management tools (MS Project, Asana, Monday.com).Excellent communication skills, especially when presenting to senior leadership.Strong analytical skills with a talent for turning insights into action.A solid understanding of business financial metrics.A track record of successful integration in business acquisitions or mergers.
