Cole looking for a babysitter or nanny - babysitting job in Toronto

Hello my name is Cole and my wife is Courtney. We are a caring, loving family who are quite active and busy with our twins Yrean and Elohi. They are 2 year olds who are potty trained, energetic and so much fun! We need someone to watch Yrean and Elohi for 10hrs a day. from Monday to Friday. I (Cole) work 12 hour rotating shifts and as a result I am unavailable. Courtney works a 10hr shift but has weeks where she is on and off work and she has periods of no work. That is why the pay is negotiable because it would change as work changes for Courtney. I am always going to be fair and respectful. I want you to feel good about the work you're doing and receive proper compensation. I'd like to figure out a price that works for both of us. Thanks.-Cole
