Reporting to the Parks & Recreation Supervisor, the Community Development Coordinator is responsible for the planning, coordination, and delivery of both recreation-based and FCSS-based programs and events. This position supports the well-being of Yellowhead County residents by fostering community engagement, promoting active living, and delivering preventative social programs. Based out of the Edson office, this position will provide recreation initiatives that serve the entire County, while FCSS programming will focus primarily on the west end, delivered in collaboration with Wildwood FCSS staff and supervisor.

The annual salary range for this position is $75,167 to $93,208. Yellowhead County offers a competitive benefits package. This is a full-time, permanent position. This position is based out of the Yellowhead County Administrative Office located in Edson.
