We are looking for a personable and motivated Collections Clerk to join a team in the Manufacturing industry located in Orangeville.

Do you have excellent communication skills and are not afraid to speak with stakeholders on the phone?

Responsibilities

In this Collections Clerk role in Orangeville, you will hold the following responsibilities :

✅ Contact customers via phone, email, and written communication to collect outstanding payments

✅ Monitor accounts to identify overdue invoices and take appropriate action

✅ Negotiate payment plans and settlements while maintaining positive customer relationships

✅ Research and resolve billing disputes in a professional manner

✅ Maintain accurate records of collections efforts and update account statuses in the system

✅ Work closely with internal teams (AR, Sales, and Customer Service) to ensure seamless account resolution

✅ Comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding collections
