Reports To : General Manager
Summary : The Cleaning / Content Technician shall be responsible for completing activities assigned by the Project Manager. The technician will work alongside other Cleaning / Content Technicians, Mitigation Technicians, and Restoration Technicians. The primary goal is to ensure that production schedules are completed on time and within budget.

Job Duties :
Complete assigned activities as outlined in daily work orders. Tasks may include content processing, building cleaning, and on-site inventory.Conduct on-site inventory of Non-Restorable, Restorable, Questionable, and Unaffected Content Items.Packing and initial Pack-Out of items from the site to the Paul Davis Facility.Return of items to the site upon processing completion.Ensure timely and budget-compliant completion of work orders.Coordinate operations with other employees and departments as required.Operate equipment safely and adhere to safety protocols.Maintain proficiency in software platforms such as Encircle and RMS (Restoration Management Software).Requirements :
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.At least 3 years of experience as a Cleaning or Restoration Technician.Valid driver’s license.Knowledge of operations, warehouse, and contents processing is an asset.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Customer service orientation.First Aid certification is an asset.Work Conditions :
Ability to lift at least 30 lbs.Manual dexterity for using tools and equipment.Overtime as required.#J-18808-Ljbffr
