Position Summary :
Greet visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner, directing them appropriatelyManage company AP and AR – processing paymentsManage inbound customer inquiries (in person, phone, or email) and answer any questions while providing timely and accurate information or directing them to the right staff memberPrepare and edit documents, and spreadsheetsPerform administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry to ensure accurate client filesMaintain accurate records of clientsRequired Qualifications :
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, ensuring effective communication with team members, clients, and visitorsExcellent attention to detail and organizational skillsA proactive team player who can also work independentlyAbility to manage priorities and support multiple team members effectivelyBonus Points :
Experience in QuickBooks and / or SageRight People. Right Seat.
