AGAT Laboratories is hiring for an entry-level Accounts Payable Clerk to join our Finance team in our Calgary corporate office. The ideal candidate will have some experience in receivables and collections and strong customer service skills as this role requires regular interaction with clients.

What You Will Be Doing

• Receive and verify invoices and requisitions for goods and services.
• Ensure bills are paid on time.
• Prepare batches of invoices for data entry, including coding invoices.
• Prepare cheque runs and EFT payments for suppliers and employees as necessary.
• Assist with basic accounts.
• Resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Assist in month end closing.
• Filing and other administrative tasks.
• Backup reception for breaks.
